Cancelation Fees: If reservations are canceled within 48 hours of the reservation date there will be a 20% fee of the full reservation total for cancelation that can be paid via credit card over the phone, paypal or cash app. If you simply adjust days there will not be cancelation fees.

*We have a family van to transport social animals to and from our facility, appointments, and events. If an animal is not social we will provide a crate or acceptable travel accommodations to this animal for everyone’s safety as space allows.
$20.00 minimum per household/family one way
0.75 for every mile over 20.
*If you have 3 dogs within 20 miles of our facility = $20.00 one way for all 3 dogs
*If your 3 dogs are at your friend’s house, who also has 2 dogs coming to baord with us at the same time =
$40.00 one way if they all get along and can ride in one vehicle together unrestrained.
*We are saving to purchase a fun doggie bus for our visitors!
